This accredited open course provides an inspirational and unique opportunity for professional coaches and leaders to advance their skills through intense personal experience and learning that aligns with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) approach.

Immerse yourself in a three-day learning experience designed for professional coaches and progressive leaders who feel that growth no longer comes from adding more tools, models, or answers, but from learning to stay present in complexity, uncertainty, and not-knowing. 

What is this programme about?

Not-knowing is easily interpreted as a lack of skill, weakness or incompetence. 

What if not-knowing is not confusion? Not a threat to fear? Not a gap to fill? But a mature leadership capability.

The Beyond Knowledge workshop is an ICF-accredited learning programme that reflects the organisation’s professional approach and supports the development of coaches and leaders through lived experience. 

Rather than offering a fixed agenda or predefined answers, the programme invites participants into unique, unrepeatable personal experiences. Learning emerges through exploration, realisation, and direct engagement with real situations. 

The focus is not on accumulating knowledge, but on deepening awareness - through genuine reflection, feedback, and presence in the moment.

Who This Is For?

This programme is for you if you: 

• Want to grow through lived experience, not only through concepts
• Use a coaching mindset as a leader and aim to sharpen your skills and senses
• Feel stuck in blocking patterns you can no longer shift with existing tools
• Are moving toward a senior or master-level professional presence
• Are collecting CCE credits as a professional coach in the ICF Accreditation process

The Beyond Knowledge programme is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Professional coaches can collect 22 CCE points as an added benefit. 

Participation supports the embodiment and integration of the ICF Core Competencies at an advanced level, directly applicable to coaching and leadership contexts.

The workshop is led by two ICF Master Certified Coaches who bring complementary depth, perspective, and presence to the learning space. 

Annamária Barnóczki - MCC, Accredited Team Coach

Marcell Szabó - MCC, Senior trainer 

Marcell works at the intersection of leadership, identity, and not-knowing. His facilitation style is highly attuned to what lies beyond words and expressions while approaching situations in a more unconventional way. He invites participants to slow down, listen more carefully, and discover what becomes possible when control softens and presence deepens. His work is grounded in lived experience, not just theory.
