Beyond Knowledge – International ICF Accredited Workshop

Beyond Knowledge is an immersive, three-day learning experience for professional coaches and progressive leaders who feel that growth no longer comes from adding more tools, models, or answers, but from learning to stay present in complexity, uncertainty, and not-knowing. 

Hosted in Porto, this intensive programme blends deep self-reflection and constructive confrontational work with a full-day outdoor, horse-assisted learning experience, creating a powerful space for embodiment and transformation.

The Essence of the Programme 

Real mastery - in a profession and in life - doesn’t come from knowledge alone. It evolves through experience, complexity, and personal involvement. As we gain expertise, we often rely on familiar frameworks and proven ways of thinking. Over time, this can limit curiosity and reduce our openness to new possibilities. 

The Beyond Knowledge workshop invites participants to work differently with not knowing - not as a gap to fill, but as a skill to develop. 

When we learn to work with uncertainty rather than against it, adaptability and resilience increase naturally. We begin to notice new signals, hear different questions, and allow perspectives and solutions to emerge that were previously out of reach.

The programme offers professional coaches and forward-thinking leaders a transformational learning experience to explore new ways of seeing and thinking, shaping their own path with greater clarity and presence.

Why Horses Are Part of This Programme?

Horses don’t respond to titles, accessories or accomplishments. They respond to presence, clarity, and leadership - in the here and now, with no strings attached. 

By working with horses, participants have a rare opportunity to: See how their intentions translate into impact while receiving a non-judgemental, unfiltered, genuine feedback.

This is not about riding a horse, as all horse-assisted exercises are ground-based, carefully facilitated, and focused on providing a learning experience where insights stop being intellectual and start becoming integrated.

Who This Is For?

The Beyond Knowledge programme is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Professional coaches can collect CCE points as an added benefit. 

Participation supports the embodiment and integration of ICF Core Competencies at an advanced level, applicable directly to coaching and leadership contexts.

The Facilitators 

The workshop is led by two ICF Master Certified Coaches who bring complementary depth, perspective, and presence to the learning space.

Marcell works at the intersection of leadership, identity, and not-knowing. His facilitation style is highly attuned to what lies beyond words and expressions while approaching situations in a more unconventional way. He invites participants to slow down, listen more carefully, and discover what becomes possible when control softens and presence deepens. His work is grounded in lived experience, not just theory.
