Marcell is co-founder of The Impacter and leads the Learning and Development department, overseeing all projects.
As a senior business trainer and Master Certified Coach, he has worked with various organisations and leaders over the past fifteen years.
From a professional and personal perspective, I`m a big believer in the “human factor” and value-driven developments, and I'm convinced that these will only become more essential in the future.
For the past 12 years, creating values, personal responsibility, and impact has been the centre of my work as a professional coach and business trainer. I mainly work with leaders at different levels at companies and multinationals while training coaches and guest lecturing at universities.
I`m passionate about exploring the transformative power that lies in developing personal competencies and using pure communication without frills.
My main focus areas are leadership, personal development, and coach training, where I strive to find authentic human-centred solutions that also translate into professional and organisational success.
It all started in 2012 when I first got involved with horse-assisted business development programmes, where seeing the potential of change and personal improvement immediately captured my heart.
The same year, I enrolled in professional coach training, where I had the chance to learn from the best thinkers and practitioners. It was a fascinating learning experience on every possible level, and in the end, I was proud to earn my Gestalt Coach Diploma, which defined my career as a coach and trainer.
Fast-forward to 2019, and I was accredited as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This means I`m part of the elite community of the top 6% of coaches who gained this certification globally.
One of the proudest achievements of my professional coach career is designing and delivering the Beyond Knowledge Programme, which has already influenced many coaches and leaders and sparked change.
My entrepreneurial spirit has taken me on several adventures, including spending seven years in Ireland, co-founding an international conference on Responsible Innovation that we hosted for five years in Dublin, establishing a new venture in Portugal, and more.
Although I`m passionate about my work, I'm most and foremost a husband and father of three daughters, which provides me with endless opportunities to learn, love, pivot and repeat.
I try my best to live life to the fullest, making it colourful and exciting. Cold-water swimming and dipping are part of my routines, helping me clear my head and recharge my body so I`m ready for adventures.
