I have worked for about 20 years in HR and have 10 years of experience in leadership and coaching. My career path ranged from recruitment to implementing HR strategies at leading companies and corporations, such as Andersen Consulting, Nicholson International and Accenture.

Since 2004, I have worked as the lead coach and consultant at Anima Partners, primarily focusing on leadership development for middle and executive management levels, using various coaching tools and methods. 

My specialities are improving leadership skills, conflict and stress management, and career development. 

In addition to working in the business sector, I work with professional coaches, providing mentoring, running competency groups, and training for ICF (International Coaching Federations) exams. 

In all my work, I`m driven by the highest professional standards, striving to take competencies to the next level while keeping practicality in mind. 

Sharing knowledge and professional experiences is one of the areas I love the most. I have guest lectured at the Budapest Metropolitan University, the Coach Academy, and the Saint Kliment Ohridszki University in Sofia, spoken at various conferences and workshops, and published articles. 

I`m fluent in Hungarian, English, and Bulgarian, which gives me a great understanding of different cultures. Besides professional authenticity and continuous personal development, I believe self-awareness is key to any progress. 

As a mother of two girls, I`m practising the coaching approach in parenting on a daily basis with all its challenges and beauties.
