Beyond Knowledge - Accredited Coach and Leadership Programme

Learning experience for coaches and leaders pushing boundaries

The Beyond Knowledge ICF-accredited workshop is an immersive, three-day learning experience for professional coaches and progressive leaders who feel that growth no longer comes from adding more tools, models, or answers, but from learning to stay present in complexity, uncertainty, and not-knowing.

Why embrace the Art of Not-Knowing?

As professionals gain experience, thinking and solutions become shaped by familiar patterns. This creates confidence, but it also creates limitation. There is a point when knowing more doesn`t do the trick anymore and growth no longer comes from learning more.

You have the tools. You understand the models. You know the books.

And yet, the real challenges don’t live in certainty. They live in complexity. In tension. In moments where there is no obvious answer.

Mastering the Art of Not-Knowing is the ability to remain open, curious and grounded in uncertainty - allowing new perspectives and possibilities to emerge.

This capacity is essential for coaches and leaders working with complexity, making decisions under pressure or without clear answers.

The Beyond Knowledge programme is designed for this space. This is not a traditional training as it develops the capacity of dealing with the unknown through experience, not theory.

It is a journey where learning emerges through:

  • Direct experience
  • Reflection and genuine feedback
  • Constructive confrontation
  • Relational presence and connection

Rather than offering predefined answers, the programme creates a space where insight arises through lived experience and real interaction.

What makes this programme different?

This experiential, not Instructional programme invites participants into unique, unrepeatable personal experiences. Learning emerges through exploration, realisation, and direct engagement with real situations.

The focus is not on accumulating knowledge, but on deepening awareness and unlocking potentials - through genuine reflection, feedback, and presence in the moment.

Some key characteristics of this course:

  • Experiential, not instructional – no pre-fabricated answers, no step-by-step recipes
  • Small group, high intimacy – personal work within a psychologically safe and supportive environment
  • Constructive confrontation – honest feedback, reflection, and presence
  • Embodied learning – insights gained through lived experience, not theory alone
  • Led by experienced Master Certified Coaches (MCC) and Mentor Coaches
  • Plus: The international edition includes horse-assisted learning – one full day working with horses as mirrors of presence, leadership, boundaries, and relational impact

How could you benefit from participating?

This is not a lecture-based programme. It is a live learning environment where your patterns, assumptions and relational impact become visible. Learning emerges through real-time interaction, reflection and integration, honest feedback and embodied experience.

Working in a small group setting offers individual learning through personal experiences - everyone works with what truly matters to them - in a non-judgmental, supportive environment facilitated by experienced MCC master coaches.

Here you can:

  • Grow beyond theory through lived experience as a coach, leader - but most importantly as a person.
  • Use a coaching mindset as a leader and/or use it more consciously.
  • Transform long-standing obstacles into opportunities.
  • Get support in progressing toward the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential.
  • Collect Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units in the ICF accreditation system as a professional coach

What will you develop?

Through this programme, participants will get the chance to strengthen their capacity to:

  • Stay present in uncertainty
  • Work consciously with ego and vulnerability
  • Use confrontation constructively
  • Unlock potentials through recognising blind spots and patterns
  • Communicate with clarity and awareness
  • Trust intuition alongside knowledge
  • Become a leader or coach with greater maturity
  • Becoming aware and being able to handle beliefs and assumptions during coaching or leadership situations
  • Unlock a data-driven approach for emotionally charged situations
  • Build up the confidence to manage uncertainty with confidence

Extra benefits for coaches

This ICF-accredited (International Coaching Federation) learning programme reflects the organisation’s professional approach and supports the development of coaches and leaders through lived experience.

Experiencing and practising MCC-level competencies in this format allows the learning to integrate into each participant’s individual style, aligned with ICF competency expectations.

In addition, coaches working in the ICF system can collect accreditation units as this course offers 22 ICF CCE units.
